1-day trip with minibusses in the surroundings of Bagolino; short walks only – max. 40 participants; departure and arrival at Bagolino.
Theme: Timing and modes of magmatic activity and related basin formation of one of the best exposed Lower Permian intracontinental basin in the Alps.
Key topics: dimension of Permian half-graben, ignimbrites, accretionary lapilli, shallow intrusions, lacustrine and alluvial clastic successions.
