BBQ ADAS & PhDnet – 6th July 2012

Hello everybody!

The summer is approaching and with it the annual BBQ for all the PhD students, assistants and post-docs.
As in the years before, the FBM and HEC, represented by the ADAS and PhDnet, will organize a big barbecue party at the lakeside. Besides being just a great pleasure to enjoy some sausages offered by the associations, this is also a good opportunity to meet old friends and to make new ones.

When? On Friday July 6th starting at 18:00 in case of good weather
Where? At the “Parc Bourget” by the lake
How much? Food and non alcoholic drinks are provided free of charge by the association for the FBM members, beers at minimal prices! And you can bring something more if you wish so…

To be appropriately prepared, we need to estimate the number of people interested to participate (all of you, of course), so, please, register on the ADAS web site and, if necessary, specify the number of people coming with you. Everybody is welcome (reasonably speaking, your grandmother has certainly other things to do).
