The meeting is free of charge, but registration is required. The lunch is included and offered.
PhD students who want to submit an abstract to exhibit a poster, please, note that you will not be automatically a candidate for an oral presentation. You need to precise if you want to give an oral presentation (See below “short talks”).
Although D.Day is first dedicated to PhD students, it is open to everyone: students, post-docs, MER and professors are welcome!
Please do not use special characters. For example, α should be written alpha.
There must be no more than 300 words in the abstract (including title, affiliations, etc).
Do not include references, figures, or tables in your abstract.
During abstract submission process, PhD students can choose to give only a poster presentation or postulate to give also an oral presentation in addition to their poster presentation.
PhD students who would like to give an oral presentation need to precise it by checking the box “oral presentation” during abstract submission process.
Speakers selected for brief oral presentations will be contacted.
The presentation of a poster is credited by 0.5 credits for the FBM PhD Doctoral School.
To validate this, the following form have to be signed by a member of the ADAS committee.
Please try not to exceed format A0 (84 cm width x 119 cm length)
You can print your poster at the Unicom Center of UNIL.
Or at the CEMCAV center at CHUV
