The project would like to enrich the scholarly debate on health governance, a field where empirical research is still rare. Furthermore, by empirically comparing two health sectors we hope to identify and explain similarities and differences in the governance mechanisms of health care and preventive health. Finally, the project would like to contribute to the long ongoing discussion on coordination capacity in politics.
