Attendance to the meeting will be limited to 100 participants, including the speakers. If overbooked, acceptance will be based on scientific excellence of the submitted abstracts and published work. Efforts will be made to maintain a balanced number of delegates representing universities and research institutes, clinical departments and pharmaceutical companies.

Registration fee includes attendance to the lectures and to the poster sessions, as well as the conference booklet and other material.

On site registration at Monte Verita or later than October 15 is subjected to a 50 Euro processing  fee.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract submission can be done at registration by clicking on the REGISTRATION LINK at later (but no later than September 15th) by though your PERSONAL ACCOUNT

FOOD AND LODGING

At registration you will be asked for lodging preferences. Accommodation will be arranged by the conference staff. You will receive further information and upon acceptance. Lodging at Monte Verita is limited to 60 participants including the speakers. The remaining 40 participants will lodge in Hotels in Ascona within walking distance from the conference center.

Food and Lodging fee : 750 euros

Food and lodging fee includes a room for 4 nights (single or double), breakfasts, lunches and dinners, morning and evening breaks, as well as the excursion and conference dinner.

PAYMENT

Upon acceptance you will receive instructions for payment. To reduce administrative costs, we request payment by bank  transfer.

On site registration at Monte Verita is subjected to a 50 Euro processing  fee.
