Conference participants are asked to make independent arrangements for accommodation. Below is a list of hotels within easy reach of the conference venue and that can guarantee conference room rates to the SAMEMES participants. Several rooms are pre-booked for SAMEMES in the different hotels until 31 March. Participants should mention the 2012 SAMEMES Conference when booking in order to obtain the conference rate. Hotels in Lausanne tend to be small, they can fill up quickly, so it is advisable to book early. There is a link to a list of further hotels at the bottom of this page.
