This survey is part of the research “ Fertile Decisions? Religion and Spirituality in the Context of an IVF Journey in Switzerland ” run at the University of Lausanne (Unil) and funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).  

Completing this questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and unpaid. You may decide at any time to stop or not to answer certain questions, without having to give a reason.

NB: The data collected via this questionnaire will be transferred to a secure server and processed confidentially by the research team only. We will process the answers in such a way that no combination of information (e.g. your age or occupation) will allow to identify you. At the time of analysis, your data will be aggregated. Your raw data will then be deleted and your aggregated data will be retained for ten years before being archived. When the results are disseminated, your data will appear only in pseudonymised form.
